Small Office, Family Feel

Pros

The office is small, so its not over crowded. You dont have to worry about spreading germs. They offer oncall pay when ur oncall. They give the flexibility to work from home if ur sick. The management treats you like an equal rather than a subordinate. The upper management takes the initiative to learn your name and who you are. The director is a easy going guy and great to get along with making interacting with management so easy compared to my previous companies.

Cons

The pay could be better based on industry standard but its not horrible. Still better than other companies. Being short staffed on a Monday is difficult.
