Work/Life balance is horrible due to the fact if you are in Operations, upgrades take place on the weekend and with the complexity of the systems if you have to upgrade a large customer this could take 8 to 10 weekends. The vision at the company consistently changes with each new group of Senior Leaders who come on board. I spent well over a decade working there and saw many changes. People smile in your face, tell you how great of a job you are doing, make you feel comfortable and wanted but at the end of the day, you are just a number. I have seen too many people leave over the years due to sub-par leadership and it is truly a shame due to the fact that the company does not have the vision of putting the customer first any longer and everything is aboout the bottom line.
