While the company used to be focused on the people building a strong company, the focus has turned to expansion and dominating the spectrum with minimal consideration on the people. Experienced employees are leaving the company for other opportunities. In Corporate, the CEO has built a game room that he enjoys ping pong in, while employee based there work 60 hour weeks. Sends the wrong message when the top dog is playing games while his entire workforce is overworked and stressed out. Individual benefit costs have increased while company has also added 20% spouse surcharges on family medical plans and increased co-pays. IPC is divided within, work/family balance is now non-existent for many.

3 CEOS in last 4 years, no future product line, losing customers to better technology, frequent re-orgs, focus more on appearance than actual success, internal politics more important than doing a good job. Morale is brutal, office space is old and needs refresh. Company will not exist in 5 years. Would not recommend anyone to go work here
