Pros
Hybrid and remote work environment. Depending on your location, you are only required to be in office three days a week. This is very flexible though if you get a good manager. You can leave and arrive when you want in order to beat traffic, which is really nice.
Cons
Where to start! Leadership is awful. In the Compliance department, the team leads are disrespectful, manipulative, pretentious, and do not care about you one bit. They will throw you under the bus any chance they get to make themselves look better. They do not care about training or developing their employees. If you try to ask a clarifying question or seek help on anything, you are told to "look in the folder". I consider myself an easy going person, but this is by far the most toxic work environment I have ever seen. It sucks because there are some great people here, but they are overshadowed by the terrible people at the top.
