Pros
Located in Victoria which a central location
Cons
-I started as an Editor and there was no hand over notes or training. I was left to figure it out on my own. - The office is like a sweatshop for eager underpaid graduates. -There were too many meetings - I was micromanage by the MD for my department - There was zero flexibility for work hours - There are three toilets on three floors so you have to line up to go to the toilet -The benefits are stingy - pension was 2% with a 2% employer contribution when I left - We you travel for work for conferences they are supposed to pay your expenses ie taxi, food etc We we’re given a £45 allowance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you spend more than it comes from your own pocket - They claim they are a digital company but they are loss of forms to fill out - They are stingy with stationary. You have to provide your own stationary. They give you a notebook on your first day at reception if you are lucky you will get a pen - There is a high staff turnover and bad reviews for a reason. Do not waste your time with this company
