Pros
I have been with IQPC/SSON for 10+ years in a sales role and like any sales position you certainly get out of the job what you put in. But I sincerely think what separates IQPC/SSON is the training, tools, experience and wisdom from management, etc. that has assisted in my growth as a salesman straight out of college to where I am today. I've learned business skills through training, by traveling to shake hands with clients face to face, by asking questions of my peers and bosses (Shah is an AMAZING boss), and I'm grateful for my time with the business. But it is true that what you put in, is what you get out, so if you embrace the sales process + put in the hard work, it will provide you with a fruitful career and opportunity for growth within the company.
Cons
Not much here. The buyer market is constantly changing and like everyone else we have adapted well and as best as we could and the business has supported us in every fashion.
