      Pros

      Good working environment, Good HR policies, Decent Annual Increments, Nice Colleagues, Located conveniently at ORR, Decent Salaries for Incoming employees, Some projects start from scratch ,so good opportunity to learn if lucky. IT Development Head is quite friendly so organisations feels like family.

      Cons

      SDLC process not followed stringently, Fair amount of politics inside management, India Center established in 2011 still to prove its capability to onsite stakeholders. May need to work on Legacy system with outdated technologies. Technical growth will stop if not allocated right project.

      Pros

      Great company culture, excellent team support, fantastic management at all levels. I especially value the training initiatives that help in the day to day. This is a great place to build skills, especially in AI. Work life balance is emphasized and encouraged.

      Cons

      It can feel a bit like being a cog in the wheel at times, although good ideas do get the attention of management. Workload can be unrelenting around EOQ. Process "improvement" initiatives are constant, poorly announced, and often make things worse. Raises and bonuses are meager and do not keep up with inflation/market value.
