I left for a stint as an owners rep and quickly realized that ISEC was home. I returned in less than 18 months.Cumture is second to none. Work hard play hard mentality. If you can’t rise to the grind you won’t fit in. The culture facilitates that grind- you WANT to work hard. Recently changed to ESOP - awesome move!
Cons
Pain points with evolving business processes- but they’re committed to continuous evolution so it’s worth it! No change worthwhile comes without a learning curve.
