Pros
ISEC Inc. is a rapidly expanding company that is keeping up with its expansion by proactively hiring. The management style is open and supportive. They like to promote from within and thw company carries no debt, this helps at bonus times. They offer above average salary rates and benefits. I loved the short time i was there.
Cons
Can get pigeonhold into doing the same projects over and over. They like there go to guys specializing in specific type specialty work which if youre looking for variety in project scope to expand and grow your knowledge base, you might look elsewhere. But this is typically not a deal breaker for most folks.
