Pros
ISEC is employee owned which provides a great working atmosphere where we are invested in helping each other succeed. The people, the benefits, ISEC's Core Values, training at every level, Regional offices all over the U.S., growth opportunity, all contribute to making ISEC the best company I've ever worked for.
Cons
Sharing information between Regions could be improved. There is definitely progress, but more is needed.
