I would not recommend working here. They deliberately keep employees at junior levels while assigning them senior-level tasks just to avoid giving raises. Performance reviews are manipulated. No matter how well you perform, you get a low rating, with excuses that they "can't" give higher scores. The company has few small projects, offering no room for career development. The worst part? They fired over 60 people in a single day right after losing a client, and even senior employees left after seeing how unstable things had become. If you're looking for growth, fair pay, and job security, look elsewhere.
