Great colleagues Weekly/Daily syncs provide clear priorities and expectations. Feedback is timely, constructive, and helpful for development. Good balance of autonomy and company structure. Ideas are valued and often put into practice.

Cons

With the autonomy, learning to prioritize tasks on my own was a bit challenging at first. Early onboarding has a lot of reading.

IT Labs is a good place to work. The atmosphere is positive and the environment is very supportive. People help each other and are always ready to give support. There are chances to work on different projects and in different industries, which makes the work interesting. It is a good place to learn and grow.

Cons

It’s dynamic place to work, as service oriented companies are. So if you prefer more laid back environment this might not be for you.
