Great place to work - Quality Engineer ITW Medical Employee Review

At ITW Medical, everyone is treated with respect and kindness. While some situations can be a bit stressful, like any other job, at ITW Medical, you can depend on someone to have your back. They treated me like family and if given the opportunity, I would love to work full time one day.

The only con is the location. Housing seems to be very sparse, even for those looking for an apartment. I had to commute from the city every morning (2 hour+ drive) which was the only downside as an intern.

The work is easy depending on your department.

Low pay with no raise until 1 year being permanent company employee. No raise when changing from temp employee to company employee. Not enough vacation, sick paid days and unpaid flex holiday pay. Work 12 hrs and get 8 hr for holiday pay.
