Pros
If you enjoy slacking off on the job, have little motivation in life, and never want a raise, this place may not be so bad.
Cons
I worked on the production floor, where it could see temperatures of 100+ degrees for four to five months out of the year, and a large portion of employees still didn't have access to fans. High degree of nepotism within management. No raises in the years I was there for anyone.
