Pros

Close to public transportation, large India based IT staff.

Cons

Horrible work envirnoment. They Micro Manage everything. The owner tried to convince US companies that this 99% Indian based company is based in the US. In reality I was one of only 3 Americans who worked here. All development and support was overseas. You were expected to work 10 to 12 hours a day and work on weekends. They pay was on the low side and the stress level was through the roof.This company has no Idea how to effectively manage, motivate and grow its US team. No benefits and no respect for family.

I really appreciate the opportunity to learn from coworkers with backgrounds in consulting, finance, technology, and digital services. Everyone brings different experiences and ideas. The company encourages growth and offers good benefits and support programs. I keep improving my cloud engineering knowledge and technical skills.

Cons

You must be a self-starter because there's no hand-holding here.
