Horrible work envirnoment. They Micro Manage everything. The owner tried to convince US companies that this 99% Indian based company is based in the US. In reality I was one of only 3 Americans who worked here. All development and support was overseas. You were expected to work 10 to 12 hours a day and work on weekends. They pay was on the low side and the stress level was through the roof.This company has no Idea how to effectively manage, motivate and grow its US team. No benefits and no respect for family.

Micro-management, No respect towards personal life, The concept of work-life balance is viewed negatively (as made obvious through their job posting). Although people in IT do not expect their jobs to be 9-5, it is impossible to work decent hours here. For the wages they pay, the management expects you to work 24x7. No concept of weekends or remote work EVER! One female boss constantly is the source of frustration. God knows why she is there.
