Pros

Great location and easy commute.

Cons

Micro-management, No respect towards personal life, The concept of work-life balance is viewed negatively (as made obvious through their job posting). Although people in IT do not expect their jobs to be 9-5, it is impossible to work decent hours here. For the wages they pay, the management expects you to work 24x7. No concept of weekends or remote work EVER! One female boss constantly is the source of frustration. God knows why she is there.

The company encourages growth and offers good benefits and support programs. I keep improving my cloud engineering knowledge and technical skills.
