- unclear policies - usually hires to work on contractual basis for thier clients. (Which they never tell at the time of hiring ) - People working on contractual basis faces partiality at client side which leads to depression. Even if you are doing good, you will be treated as slaves. - no job security ,if you are relased by client , you will be tortured and ultimately forced to resign. - small office space with near to no facilities . - no company benefits if you are working at client side . - unfair policies for employees. - very bad and untrained upper management, specially in pune location. - too much partiality between employees, in terms of monterey benefits.
