Pros
People were awesome, they would worked hard even under extreme pressure.
Cons
Hours were ridiculous. Pay was really low and benefits were extremely poor. There was no room for growth, especially if you are trying to advance from an entry level position. Expect minimal to nonexistent training and support from management. Pigeon holed into one task, no opportunity to learn or take on other responsibilities
