Pros

Fun and nice people to work with. They did allow us WFH during covid. They're also lenient and will provide you with tools to do your work.

Cons

Little to no advancement. No pay raises. Does not reward good employees, does not punish bad ones. Some managers were not friendly and didn't believe in teamwork. If you are desperate for a title promotion, you can always try but I truly believe that you will fail miserably. The company does not want to grow so they want their people to not grow too.

Variety of challenging projects that teach you a lot about modern technologies. Good company culture. Remote setup with decent flexibility. Good compensation and benefits.

I really appreciate the opportunity to learn from coworkers with backgrounds in consulting, finance, technology, and digital services. Everyone brings different experiences and ideas. The company encourages growth and offers good benefits and support programs. I keep improving my cloud engineering knowledge and technical skills.

Cons

You must be a self-starter because there's no hand-holding here.
