Pros

I met some really cool people while working there, and they were really smart. I also learned a lot about the software development process.

Cons

Incompetent and incapable people at executive and management levels across the board. CEO, Himanshu Sareen surrounds himself with sycophants who just say yes to whatever he says however improbable it is. The stress was bad, health problems among development was common due to the stressful conditions. My recommendation is to take your career elsewhere and to find work that truly matters to you.
