There is absolutely no pros here!

Cons

The management constantly piled on more and more work without considering the limits of our sanity or the hours in a day. It felt like we were expected to pull off miracles on a daily basis, with little to no recognition for our efforts. And when we did manage to deliver, there was always some flaw to nitpick or a deadline to push up, leaving us feeling perpetually stressed and undervalued. It was a toixc environment where burnout was the norm, and I'm relieved to have finally escaped its clutches.

I really appreciate the opportunity to learn from coworkers with backgrounds in consulting, finance, technology, and digital services. Everyone brings different experiences and ideas. The company encourages growth and offers good benefits and support programs. I keep improving my cloud engineering knowledge and technical skills.
