At first it seems like they will be in your corner, but if you run into obstacles, they are ready to drop you in a new york minute.
Cons
You have to be sure of being explicit about what you are being asked to do - because it will change on you.. Getting paid is a hassle, and the consulting manager is very alarmist They won't seek out a reasonable hourly rate.
