I appreciate you sharing your candid feedback, including voicing areas for improvement. While it's disappointing to hear that your experience at Illumio is not what you hoped for so far, we rely on our team to spot issues early and often and to share feedback so we can address challenges. We strongly believe that the only way to solve problems is to voice them and work together as a team to fix them. If we don’t know, we can’t fix them.
I am asking and encouraging you to come directly to me right away and spend the time to explain what you are disappointed in and what you want to see change. I guarantee you and every other member of the Illumio team that I will listen, take the good and the bad feedback and we will ensure to respond and/or change whenever possible.
To that end, we hope you will participate in opportunities to provide feedback, such as the annual Benefits Survey, as we rely on employee feedback to help shape our benefits offerings.
