      Pros

      Lots of training & sales skills development. Great SDR tech stack and AI use. Managers and field sales AEs support and collaborate with ADRs; and invest in our success. Promotion opportunities beginning to increase, including more AE roles. Travel opportunities to SKO, regional field marketing events, RSAC to meet with customers and partners. Cyber market heating up from Mythos and more interest in Illumio. Fun team mates!

      Cons

      There was a lot of change and new tools/campaigns coming at us in Q1, which was a little overwhelming and led to lots of distractions. Things seem to be settling now.

      Promise, Unfulfilled

      Pros

      The product idea has great promise. They hired some experienced systems engineers. They had a large VC investment.

      Cons

      They ignored customer feedback on product direction, dismissing them as un-educated and ill-informed. They stifled experienced engineers with a canned presentation from which they may not deviate and ignored their feedback on product direction. They blew the funding by spending like drunken sailors.

      Great technology, toxic culture

      Pros

      Poised to go big. Senior tech leaders that know very well what they are doing, and you can learn a lot from. Very well financed.

      Cons

      Toxic cutthroat culture that emanates from the top. Using climbing metaphor CEO often brings up, too focused on climbing the peak and will cut your rope without a second thought. Therefore high turn-over rate in sales (check linkedin for past employees).
