      Pros

      Never a dull moment here at Illumio. Always looking for those transparent all-hands that tell us how great we are. Knowing that we are going through a "normal" transition and some degree of internal disruption is ok.. Nice logo and colors

      Cons

      Culture....the good went away and replaced by something that is rather stinky Looks like a duck....It's quacking...(sounds like a )…., Nobody wants this company to be Uber or WeWork clone.....redefine your definition of leadership

      Cons

      High standards, accountability, and pressure to perform Not necessarily negative—but can feel intense depending on the team/role. Change happens often if you don't like change you will not like it here. I love change and I love that we are always trying to improve or be better. 401(k) plan without company matching- this is normal for our stage and employee count but candidates mention this alot. I wanted to flag it. They do give us a retirement savings account and mine is doing well but no match.

      Nice location to work. A lot of daylight. reasonable food for free. Most people are positive

      Cons

      Planning is not great. A lot of zigzaging.
