      Pros

      Onboarding: Fantastic onboarding and new hire experience. Onboarding is self paced, guided by an excellent team and exactly what is needed to get going fast. Experience: Everything works. Sales content is top notch. Support team is excellent. Product is excellent. Autonomy: This is a fantastic opportunity for self-starters around the US with 10-15+ yrs of proven, successful enterprise experience selling highly complex software and security solution into key enterprise accounts. You know who you are. Culture: Wonderful diverse culture. Excellent people and work-life balance. Future: Illumio is a fast growing company with a world-class future. Illumio will be a household name in the security segmentation space and is the top company and product in both vision and execution by Forrester.

      Cons

      So far so good. If you require hand-holding, this is not a good fit for you.

      Cons

      High standards, accountability, and pressure to perform Not necessarily negative—but can feel intense depending on the team/role. Change happens often if you don't like change you will not like it here. I love change and I love that we are always trying to improve or be better. 401(k) plan without company matching- this is normal for our stage and employee count but candidates mention this alot. I wanted to flag it. They do give us a retirement savings account and mine is doing well but no match.

      Nice location to work. A lot of daylight. reasonable food for free. Most people are positive

      Cons

      Planning is not great. A lot of zigzaging.
