Pros

Good culture and welcoming coworkers. I felt like my manager valued my professional growth and would often ask if I'd like to join in on any projects to gain new skills.

Cons

Really expensive to live in the Bay Area and you have to go into the office a few times a week.

Cons

High standards, accountability, and pressure to perform Not necessarily negative—but can feel intense depending on the team/role. Change happens often if you don't like change you will not like it here. I love change and I love that we are always trying to improve or be better. 401(k) plan without company matching- this is normal for our stage and employee count but candidates mention this alot. I wanted to flag it. They do give us a retirement savings account and mine is doing well but no match.
