Pros

We have a relatively new team that all seem to be focused on overall company success and helping the greater goal of expanding Illumio's footprint in Cybersecurity. Hyper focused tech that doesn't try to do too much and our ability to execute on implementations will be key to our competitive wins.

Cons

Brand exposure is lacking in the marketplace and we need to get ourselves out there. Travel policy and booking tools (Navan) are pretty restrictive and makes it hard on the overall travel experience for sales force that needs to travel a lot.

Cons

High standards, accountability, and pressure to perform Not necessarily negative—but can feel intense depending on the team/role. Change happens often if you don't like change you will not like it here. I love change and I love that we are always trying to improve or be better. 401(k) plan without company matching- this is normal for our stage and employee count but candidates mention this alot. I wanted to flag it. They do give us a retirement savings account and mine is doing well but no match.

Nice location to work. A lot of daylight. reasonable food for free. Most people are positive

Cons

Planning is not great. A lot of zigzaging.
