Hi there and thanks for sharing your initial feedback about your experience here so far. I agree with you that our approach to total rewards is market-driven and is both fair and competitive so that we can attract and retain the very best people. And I appreciate your feedback on the opportunity you see for us to continue to focus on leadership development. To that end, at our Onwards kickoff a few months ago, we hosted a Leadership Day to help align all of our people leaders, which is a commitment come we're focusing on throughout this year overall. Each of our people leaders will have dedicated enablement sessions on a regular cadence, which I'm confident will continue to pay dividends for both them and for the teams they serve. Please keep the feedback coming, and don't hesitate to reach out with additional ideas where we can continue to sharpen our focus!
