Hi there and thanks for sharing your feedback. While I'm unaware of any roles we have in the company that are part-time, I'm open to the perspective you're sharing to see where we can continue to improve. I agree that our global compensation and benefits packages are competitive both inside the U.S. and in each country where we operate, as we work closely with our benefits partners around the world to ensure we are of course compliant in each country where we operate, but also competitive in that market to ensure we're taking good care of our global workforce.
Over the past 18 months, we're fortunate to have put in place the leadership team - both at the executive level and throughout the company - that our people deserve. All of our leaders are focused on transparency, authenticity and timeliness of communications throughout the organization.
