      talented people, open to creative solutions, good learning opportunities depending on your team

      Cons

      lacks clear instructions/structure in some aspects, even though the company is 11 years old it still has some chaos of a startup and pays lower than similar companies within the same field

      Cons

      High standards, accountability, and pressure to perform Not necessarily negative—but can feel intense depending on the team/role. Change happens often if you don't like change you will not like it here. I love change and I love that we are always trying to improve or be better. 401(k) plan without company matching- this is normal for our stage and employee count but candidates mention this alot. I wanted to flag it. They do give us a retirement savings account and mine is doing well but no match.

      Nice location to work. A lot of daylight. reasonable food for free. Most people are positive

      Planning is not great. A lot of zigzaging.
