Free lunches, pay was decent

Cons

Despite the free lunch and decent pay, this was the most toxic work environment I’ve ever worked in. Management bullies staff, no one works together as a team, it’s every man for themselves . Long hours and no lunch breaks.

I've been fortunate to experience strong support from leadership, collaborate with the best team of employees in my career, and receive great pay with excellent benefits. The opportunities to grow and learn are plentiful, and the work/life balance here is truly the best I've ever had.

Surgical team works as a team

Cons

The owner/Surgeon is not well-behaved. The manager has no experience in managing employees. This company is a revolving door. This company cannot keep an employee longer than 8 months.
