Great Company-Pays Well-takes care of employees- helps when needed during personal and professional time-Listens to you and willing to work with your schedule-been there for a few years and will continue to stay working for them-Holidays off and you get your birthday off

I've been fortunate to experience strong support from leadership, collaborate with the best team of employees in my career, and receive great pay with excellent benefits. The opportunities to grow and learn are plentiful, and the work/life balance here is truly the best I've ever had.

Surgical team works as a team

Cons

The owner/Surgeon is not well-behaved. The manager has no experience in managing employees. This company is a revolving door. This company cannot keep an employee longer than 8 months.
