Pros
Good benefits and flexible work hours. Nice facilities and equipment. Very friendly and approachable coworkers while I worked there. Young developer culture; they often get together outside of work hours for board games, beer brewing, disc golf, ping pong, video games, etc.
Cons
Easy to get stuck in a dead end role or high-stress "leadership" position that does two jobs. QA was not properly supported by management while I worked there.
