#1 is the mission and actual real world impact our products have on people's lives, it feels like what we do really matters and makes a difference. Strong sense of community and being part of a team who cares about each other. I see a lot of people going above and beyond either for their team or clients. High growth and lots of big changes to try and make things better - this has made it very fast paced but moving in the right direction and exciting time to be part of the company! New office space is cool too.

Still in the middle of a lot of changes, makes some workflows slower or more cumbersome, especially between departments or when multiple systems are being used.

Remote job is really the benefit
