This company has experience a great amount of growth over the past 3 years and leadership has been more than willing to invest into the company(Machines/People). The Directors are intelligent and hard working, deserving of their position. This provides stability to the company.

Month end has the potential to be stressful due to all the work that needs to be done but keeps getting better.
