Pros
Flexible work hours is pretty much it
Cons
- No loyalty. Doesn't matter how long you've been with the company or what you've given to them. You're just a cog in their machine - Very poor communication. Upper management and departments are constantly changing their minds. Endless, pointless meetings clog up the calendars of managers so they have no time for their teams. - Horrible benefits. High deductibles for health insurance at an affordable rate or pay out the a** for mediocre health insurance. - Below average pay and no room to advance. They assume you'll just adapt and sacrifice your sanity and work ethics for crumbs. - Misogynistic: if you're a female striving for a leadership position, you won't ever get it and will most likely be punished and pushed out for even asking. Even if you slightly step into a leadership position you'll promptly find yourself without responsibilities.
