- Very talented and yet humble people. - Leadership team is very open and candid. - Management has set the processes that help you build rather than get in the way of building. - A large pool of really cool engineering problems to solve. You are not boxed into working on one narrow problem and can take up anything that excites you. Founders are engineers at heart who still spend a lot of time coding and building the product. You work with them as you do with any other IC in the company. - Zero politics.

Cons

The CEO thinks that he is a god. He has created a sycophantic culture where you succeed based on how well you can manipulate your peers to impress him. Really a soul-sucking place to work.
