We appreciate your note about the learning opportunities and exposure to multiple technologies. About the concern for compensation and culture, we are proud about our performance-oriented culture and creating a loving environment and opportunity for everyone to grow who is willing to take it on. Though it needs consistency and discipline on employees' part and may not work for everyone. Regarding salary, we are quite competitive, and every employee knows the salary before joining. To share more, some employees have become technical leads in four years of their career and managers in five years which is not common in Industry. We are fully committed to creating abundance for each and every employee. If that doesn't excite people, they may not enjoy working here and may not grow in areas that align with our work and will be challenged. As you are a current employee and if you feel differently, we encourage you to reach out to leadership, as we value open communication and an open‑door policy.

Pros

A lot of opportunities for young entry level engineers Unlimited RTO Great coworkers

Cons

There are only good opportunities for young engineers because there are very few sr engineers so they are forced to put young engineers in roles they are not prepared for. They don't want to pay sr engineers a salary that fits their resume leading to good sr engineers leaving or they put people in the sr engineer role that aren't qualified. The Sr Leadership in the US side are in an echo chamber. If another leader has differing opinions, then they are cut out of leadership and either put in a minimal role or are asked to leave the company. Sr leadership holds their influence tightly and if another leader with differing opinions gets too much influence, their role is significantly reduced. This has happened on multiple separate occasions at different levels of leadership The CEO had big promises that I was so hopeful for and believed so much in. But when push comes to shove, individuals are put on the back burner because of money and those promises are broken.
