Pros
I deeply believe in the concept of "survival of the fittest" so does In Time Tec I guess, so if you are a mediocre out there and would like to remain the same for the rest of your life then this place is not for you. This is where you overcome your mediocrity and become someone whom people can look up to. I have grown so much personally and professionally in the last 3 years that I can't thank them enough. If I summarize in one line, In Time Tec has restored my faith in this industry. Some of the pros that I can think of are: * Amazing leadership team * Great environment to work * A great deal of transparency * Extremely rewarding for good performers * Extremely helpful to under performers to overcome the weak areas * Amazing efforts by the management team to align your goals with the business goals.
Cons
* You may have to start taking more responsibilities at an early stage which can be a downside if you never want to grow. * You may need to work harder sometimes as you get to work on new technologies which can be extremely annoying if you're not that passionate about creating value. * You may also need to work on weekends, if you are wasting your time on weekdays. * Worst problem is you may get fired if you are consistently showing them that you are mediocre and are not willing to grow at all even after getting so much of help, but the upside to this is you get to write negative feedback on Glassdoor as an ex-employee.
