I read a review with this title below, so thought of writing my review. It's really life changing company. When you join it your life starts to suck. You start having no personal time. You have to follow manager who only managed sheet and does not do anything like a manager, actually no power is given to manager, they also have to follow wish of top management. Your life changes as you start awaking in night for meetings and can't sleep in day due to office. You get back pain, insomania andany more problems here. I got many of them here. You have to waste 3 days to attend a forum where you have to pay 7500.

If Landmark Forum didn't work for you, please do talk to the HR team. They will surely reimburse your 50% fee (50% is already paid by the company). With regards to 3 days, Friday has already been given you paid holiday; they would be more than happy to give you 2 more days compensation if you still work in the company, or if you have already left the company, they will be glad to pay you 2 days salary. Please do reach out to the HR team at the earliest possible. I also thought of giving more insight to the new applicants/ existing employees - In Time Tec is not for everyone -- either you will love to work here, or you will hate to work here. It is the company where everyone works hard, and the talent is always groomed and rewarded The In Time Tec team (We're about 260 employees worldwide as of July 3rd 2017) is here to create abundance, and if you are not interested in doing that, please don't join this company. It is very easy to write a negative review on Glassdoor, but it requires courage to talk with HR or senior management team face to face to express your views and make a difference. The constructive reviews and inputs are always welcome, however, negative reviews never help. There are only good opportunities for young engineers because there are very few sr engineers so they are forced to put young engineers in roles they are not prepared for. They don't want to pay sr engineers a salary that fits their resume leading to good sr engineers leaving or they put people in the sr engineer role that aren't qualified. The Sr Leadership in the US side are in an echo chamber. If another leader has differing opinions, then they are cut out of leadership and either put in a minimal role or are asked to leave the company. Sr leadership holds their influence tightly and if another leader with differing opinions gets too much influence, their role is significantly reduced. This has happened on multiple separate occasions at different levels of leadership The CEO had big promises that I was so hopeful for and believed so much in. But when push comes to shove, individuals are put on the back burner because of money and those promises are broken.
