This review captures what you'd feel if you didn't want to work hard and want to indulge in corporate politics at In Time Tec. Clearly, there is no chance for people with that mentality to survive at In Time Tec. It all depends on what's your focus in life. Our goal in the leadership team is to do what needs to be done and makes a difference. If you are interested in working hard and making a difference, In Time Tec is the place to work -- look at the other comments where people have achieved their dreams through the company's dream. If you're interested to just survive by playing office politics and don't want to work hard, you will most probably end up with a review comment like this.
