Pros
1. Create abundance for yourself and everyone around - An amazing organisation where there are no limits set for your growth as long you are open and flexible . If you are the kind who wants to work and grow your career, look no further. This is ‘THE’ organisation for you. As long as you are committed, hardworking and authentic, organisation will go to great extent to support you in your growth. 2. ‘People-First Always’ Attitude : Co-founders are passionate about creating platform for everyone to work and perform at their highest potential. They indeed are doing a great job in this. Putting-People-First is the mantra that the management goes by. Employee will never be asked to leave due to lack of projects. However, the expectation is for the employee to be flexible enough to explore domain-change to ensure it is a WIN-WIN situation for both organisation & the employee 3. Safe environment with umpteen number of Opportunities: In a current IT world where backstabbing one another is common, this is a safe environment with endless opportunities. Where-else would you find a Junior engineer leading a customer facing conversation? (That is of course after given necessary training) 4. No Glass Ceiling : Company culture is inclusive and there is no glass ceiling, especially for women. Organisation operates purely on performance based model 5. Caring and Nurturing: The leadership team is constantly coached and guided to provide caring and nurturing environment in the organisation. 6. Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flexibility is always a two-way street. As long as the employee is committed and hardworking, all options of flexibility are on the table. Being an woman employee myself, company provided me amazing support & flexibility as and when I needed it helping me to strike the right chord on work-life balance.
Cons
1. If you are Slacker, then this company is not for you - This company has zero-tolerance for those who cut corners, love to play corporate politics, tries to get away from working hard. If you are any of the above, please pass on. There are other many great companies where you would seem a natural fit. This is not one of them. 2. Not so great Cafeteria - The building in Bengaluru has very less food options with just one caterer serving breakfast & lunch. However, the good thing is that there are several eat-out places in and around. So it is manageable if you are Ok eating out.
