In Time Tec truly does put people first, and that enables us to accomplish some amazing things. Our focus is on building teams and growing people personally and professionally. The notion of leaving people better after every interaction pervades the company - not just with how our clients ("partners") are treated, but with how our teams interact with each other. If you want a work family that will encourage work-life balance and will invest in you as a person, this is that place.
Cons
In Time Tec isn't for everyone. If you have an intense focus on technical work without a drive to care for people, the way we do things may be frustrating to work with. We take time to build up the people around us, and we listen to and partner with our clients ("partners") rather than telling them what to do. Knowing how to solve a problem technically takes a backseat to knowing how to leave people whole and better off after a conversation. It isn't easy to fake this lifestyle / mindset. It's okay if you don't have it - it doesn't mean you're a better or worse person; however, working at In Time Tec may not be a win-win.
