At In Time Tec, the leaders and top staff who work regularly with the CEO, can speak confidently about his character and his People First initiative. They would all share their experience of him as an unwavering man who has given his life to genuinely loving people and investing in their personal and career development. In fact, his leadership has led our company to be awarded with many accolades:
1. Best places to work in Idaho
2. Great places to work in India
3. Inc. 5000 award for one of the fastest growing privately held companies in America for over seven years
4. One of the top five impactful and growing medium size company in India
5. Innovation award by HP
6. CEO of Influence award by Idaho Business Review
7. And many more...
These are a direct consequence of how he and his leaders show up as a People First company. If someone experiences the CEO in a different way, it begs the question, why did they have that experience? Conversations take two people truly putting in the effort to understand each other. The three-strike idea is set up to allow a conversation to happen when conflicts between how an individual is showing up is not in alignment with the expectations of how we show up with our partners, our coworkers, and our communities. These conversations are set up in a way where both sides can objectively and constructively voice their opinions and experiences. If during these conversations the In Time Tec platform is simply not a good fit for someone, then the three-strike rule does not serve a purpose. In alignment with who we are, being People First means when someone is not a correct fit, we take steps to help the employee generously land well on their feet. While it did not work at In Time Tec, we wish you the best in your future endeavors!
