The company's leadership appears to have positive intentions, displaying a genuine sense of care. It seems that the CEO is genuinely committed to making a difference (although often misguided and manipulative). However, the workplace fosters an enjoyable atmosphere. The individuals I've encountered are remarkable, possessing a delightful combination of humor and intelligence. Furthermore, some projects even offer an element of enjoyment.

Cons

The company displays an intrusive nature towards employees' personal lives, which has been extensively mentioned in numerous reviews and discussed among colleagues (I made an effort to avoid such situations). Engaging in discussions about personal topics like the frequency of intimate relations with one's partner, probing into employees' financial circumstances despite inadequate compensation, or making comments on someone's weight is entirely unacceptable and may even violate legal boundaries. Furthermore, it seems that the CEO harbors a fear of being rendered irrelevant. While expressing a desire to 'make an impact,' this ambition appears to be limited to his own terms and according to his personal beliefs of what constitutes the best approach. Regrettably, my experience with this organization significantly drained the joy from my personal life.

A lot of opportunities for young entry level engineers Unlimited RTO Great coworkers

There are only good opportunities for young engineers because there are very few sr engineers so they are forced to put young engineers in roles they are not prepared for. They don't want to pay sr engineers a salary that fits their resume leading to good sr engineers leaving or they put people in the sr engineer role that aren't qualified. The Sr Leadership in the US side are in an echo chamber. If another leader has differing opinions, then they are cut out of leadership and either put in a minimal role or are asked to leave the company. Sr leadership holds their influence tightly and if another leader with differing opinions gets too much influence, their role is significantly reduced. This has happened on multiple separate occasions at different levels of leadership The CEO had big promises that I was so hopeful for and believed so much in. But when push comes to shove, individuals are put on the back burner because of money and those promises are broken.
