We appreciate the feedback you've provided, and we want to address the points raised directly. If work-life balance was a challenge, it would have been more effective to raise these concerns with our senior leadership team directly. We’re open to discussing such issues and working on solutions proactively rather than letting dissatisfaction build up. Regarding the internal training programs (L&G and L&C), these are designed to help employees improve their leadership, communication and technical skills. If you struggled with these programs, it's worth noting that we encourage participants to engage and share their perspectives, which is crucial for building the confidence needed for client interactions. This is a two-way process, and participant engagement is important.
It’s important to remember that your experience about fresher being treated rudely does not reflect the overall environment. Many freshers have a positive experience and grow significantly with us. It’s crucial to speak from your own perspective and not generalize about the entire company culture. As for meetings and client calls, our need to accommodate clients in different time zones sometimes requires evening meetings. If this was a significant inconvenience, it would have been beneficial to discuss this with your manager or the senior leadership team to find a workable solution.
Overall, instead of focusing on complaints, we encourage adopting a more action-oriented approach. Identifying issues is one thing, but actively seeking solutions is far more productive.
Thank you for your time with us and for sharing your perspective.
