The Management Team has a shared cultural understanding based on philosophical ideas that can be considered cult like.
They will try to prop anyone up into leadership and then you learn soon after they are trying to get rid of one or some of these employees.
It absolutely does not have the culture that you would find in a Tech Company in San Francisco, Austin, or Seattle. These people are majority religious and don’t seem to really get it.
Their approach to projects can be chaotic. They do not go out of their way to try to accommodate employees going through personal crises. They have fired a significant number of their local employees, that either don’t perform, reasonable. But also if they don’t have the cultural fit, see the cult like shared culture, based on a controversial movement from the 70s.

If you have worked in the major tech centers, this company will be a shock. I do believe the CEO is a good person and means well. Some of the upper management is obviously playing a role and projects disingenuousness, they also would never get to where they were in any other tech company. Their approaches and ideas are flabergasting
