Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
It’s great to hear that programs like Kalpvriksha and L&C helped you build the skills you needed early in your career. These initiatives are designed to give freshers the tools to succeed, and it’s good to know they worked for you.
That said, let’s address your concerns directly. Discussions about culture and alignment aren’t “yapping” to us. They’re foundational to how we create a connected and aligned team at In Time Tec. We understand they may not resonate with everyone, but they are meant to promote collaboration and shared goals, not just words for the sake of it.
The idea that there’s little room for technical growth after a year or two doesn’t reflect reality. Many of our employees take on new challenges, certifications, and projects that help them advance both technically and professionally. Growth requires effort from both sides, and we encourage everyone to take ownership of their career paths here. Just to share some perspective—over 50 people who once left the company chose to return. The two most common reasons they gave were our culture and the technical growth they experienced here.
Our fast-track growth path has enabled many engineers to become technical leads within just 4 years and architects in 6, which is significantly faster than typical industry timelines.
On compensation, we maintain a competitive structure and incremental growth that rewards performance and experience. While not every role will meet every expectation, the suggestion that pay remains stagnant for years isn’t accurate. Many have seen meaningful growth in both responsibility and rewards.
We’ll always aim to balance constructive cultural discussions with practical improvements. If they felt off-track for you, you can discuss with our leadership team to create clarity, but these conversations are core to the company’s DNA.
Thank you again for your input. Wishing you continued growth and success in your career.
