Pros

Its great for starting your career, things like kalpvriksha and L&C can help you develop the skills needed.

Cons

Lot of yapping by managers and higher management about culture etc. but these things are just there to make you work more harder for same penny they are providing. If you don't actually like coding but you want to have a job in IT sector then you can be a good fit here because technically there not much to grow here after you have completed 1-2 yrs here and if you stay longer you will end up becoming manager but with almost the same penny you were getting in your earlier years.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. It’s great to hear that programs like Kalpvriksha and L&C helped you build the skills you needed early in your career. These initiatives are designed to give freshers the tools to succeed, and it’s good to know they worked for you. That said, let’s address your concerns directly. Discussions about culture and alignment aren’t “yapping” to us. They’re foundational to how we create a connected and aligned team at In Time Tec. We understand they may not resonate with everyone, but they are meant to promote collaboration and shared goals, not just words for the sake of it. The idea that there’s little room for technical growth after a year or two doesn’t reflect reality. Many of our employees take on new challenges, certifications, and projects that help them advance both technically and professionally. Growth requires effort from both sides, and we encourage everyone to take ownership of their career paths here. Just to share some perspective—over 50 people who once left the company chose to return. The two most common reasons they gave were our culture and the technical growth they experienced here. Our fast-track growth path has enabled many engineers to become technical leads within just 4 years and architects in 6, which is significantly faster than typical industry timelines. On compensation, we maintain a competitive structure and incremental growth that rewards performance and experience. While not every role will meet every expectation, the suggestion that pay remains stagnant for years isn’t accurate. Many have seen meaningful growth in both responsibility and rewards. We’ll always aim to balance constructive cultural discussions with practical improvements. If they felt off-track for you, you can discuss with our leadership team to create clarity, but these conversations are core to the company’s DNA. Thank you again for your input. Wishing you continued growth and success in your career.

Pros

A lot of opportunities for young entry level engineers Unlimited RTO Great coworkers

Cons

There are only good opportunities for young engineers because there are very few sr engineers so they are forced to put young engineers in roles they are not prepared for. They don't want to pay sr engineers a salary that fits their resume leading to good sr engineers leaving or they put people in the sr engineer role that aren't qualified. The Sr Leadership in the US side are in an echo chamber. If another leader has differing opinions, then they are cut out of leadership and either put in a minimal role or are asked to leave the company. Sr leadership holds their influence tightly and if another leader with differing opinions gets too much influence, their role is significantly reduced. This has happened on multiple separate occasions at different levels of leadership The CEO had big promises that I was so hopeful for and believed so much in. But when push comes to shove, individuals are put on the back burner because of money and those promises are broken.
